What should I bring with me on the tour?

First of all, it is important to arrive in comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes for a long walk. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water. In winter – be sure to dress warmly, with a hat, scarf, gloves and an umbrella. In summer – it is advisable to wear a sun hat, apply sunscreen and plenty of water. The tour is open to everyone, and you can join the tour from one person to a large group.
(And as we mentioned, you can also book – separately – a tour for a private group).

If there is an extreme weather warning from the district (extreme winter weather or heavy rain), the tour will be canceled and a refund will be issued to registrants.

In some cases, an alternative tour of a museum or attraction that takes place in an enclosed space will be offered.

You can cancel at least a week in advance and receive a full refund.

Missing a tour due to a delay – It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Participants who miss the tour due to a delay are not entitled to a refund. Most delays are due to improper time planning. Travelers arriving in Naples by car from outside the city should take into account additional time in case the roads are congested and for finding parking. If arriving on the tour by train, it is advisable to arrive on the train that is scheduled to arrive in Naples at least 30 minutes before the start of the tour, as trains may often arrive late.
