"Rome for me is mainly the food and the abundance in the kitchen. Although Roman cuisine is very modest, the dishes that can be made from a minimum of ingredients have always surprised me. A perfect dinner for me is at a family trattoria under the house, which was the first place I ate in Rome and it went straight to my heart."

I like my coffee macchiato, preferably 5"

"Rome for me is the endless variety of dishes in its cuisine. The small details that change all the flavors and the great investment in thought and making them. What excites me most is tasting a dish and discovering new flavors that will remain in my memory forever."

"Rome for me is nightlife! Only here they start at aperitivo time at five, in the lively Trastevere neighborhood, when all the tables are filled with orange Aperol Spritz glasses, all that's left to do is sit back and enjoy the atmosphere."

"I like my coffee with a lot of milk and a little coffee, or in other words, a latte macchiato."

"Rome for me is the amazing weather, the sun and the warm people. You can feel this warmth in every piazza we visit and every new person we meet. Italians are very similar to Israelis and make me feel right at home.

"I like my coffee extra large with soy on the side."

The wonderful customers who were on the tour with Syoroma recommend!
