A veces pasa. Intentamos ser lo m\u00e1s flexibles posible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por su parte:<\/strong> Se puede cancelar cualquier reserva de forma gratuita hasta 48 horas antes de la hora de inicio de la visita. Si hab\u00e9is pagado por adelantado en la web, recibir\u00e9is un reembolso completo en el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago original en un plazo de 14 d\u00edas. En caso de cancelaci\u00f3n con menos de 48 horas de antelaci\u00f3n o de no presentarse, no podremos reembolsar el pago, pero hablad con nosotros: al fin y al cabo, somos personas, y lo que se pueda acordar con los gu\u00edas, lo acordaremos: otra fecha u otra soluci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan disponibilidad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por nuestra parte:<\/strong> Si nos vemos obligados a cancelar una visita \u2014ya sea por condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas extremas o por cualquier otro motivo\u2014, os informaremos lo antes posible y podr\u00e9is elegir entre una fecha alternativa o un reembolso completo.
