Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts; after that, no refund. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or rebooking after a no-show – €15 rebooking fee per person.

Comfortable clothes and flat shoes. It gets windy when riding, so dress in layers, especially on cold days. It’s best to avoid high heels and skirts.
The tour goes on even in the rain – you'll get a rain poncho and gloves when it's cold. In extreme weather the operator may cancel or postpone the tour; if the operator cancels, you get a full refund.
Up to 12. A single booking of 10 or more participants may be split into two groups departing a few minutes apart.
Tipping isn't required, but it's appreciated – around 10% if you enjoyed the tour.
