You are invited to the "Levinsky Plus" tour of the Levinsky Market and the Railway Park with Dudi Bar Sela!
We will begin the tour at the Levinsky Market, which is the undisputed market of Balkan immigrants. We will tell the story of the market and its stalls and include tastings of:
Balkan phyllo borax with a Greek recipe.
We will touch on the world of spices, especially in the market with equally surprising flavors.
We will get to know the story of the Balkan delicatessen with a story related to the initiative of a couple of Holocaust survivors with crazy Balkan fillings such as cheese-stuffed peppers, stuffed vine leaves, a variety of cheeses and Balkan dips.
We will combine the Balkan world with a unique Sabih tasting. Jerusalemite, Kurdish Kuba, and even "Made in America" or at least American-style sweets.
After all the tastings, we'll finish off the food with a unique stroll through the railway park with:
The story of the park.
The train to Jerusalem.
Street art throughout.
